Refund Policy

Purchasing coins over the Internet can certainly make someone uneasy, but we hope to help you avoid that.

We are only Human and we are bound to make mistakes with orders, but so far we have yet to experience a dissatisfied customer. We are very trusting of our customers and keep records of all our transactions.

We record a video and take a picture of us purchasing every player. If you haven’t received your coins within 1 hour, we will give you a refund or cover the EA Tax on your purchase.

Once the coins you ordered are delivered we can not accept any returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Training Points, Solo Grinding & Players are non-refundable.

However, should any unusual circumstances arise, it is our goal to make sure you leave happy.
